1. Conformance standard
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.
2. Measures we take
- Accessibility is part of our design and development standards.
- We include accessibility throughout our internal review and quality-assurance process.
- We provide accessibility training to our digital and content teams.
- We engage independent accessibility consultants to audit the site annually.
3. Accessibility features
- Semantic HTML, landmark regions, and consistent heading structure
- Skip-to-content link on every page
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive controls
- Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA across primary text
- Reduced-motion support honoring
prefers-reduced-motion - Responsive layouts that scale to 400% without loss of content or function
- Form fields with persistent labels and accessible error messaging
4. Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working on the following:
- Older publications and PDFs in our Insights archive may lack proper tagging. Replacements are being prepared; in the meantime, an accessible version can be requested at the address below.
- Some embedded third-party media may not include captions or transcripts.
5. Feedback and how to get help
